I deleted the app and my career is gone.

If you had signed in with Apple, it is not gone. Reinstall, open the app and sign in with the same Apple Account — your career comes back. If you never signed in, the career was tied to that one install and cannot be recovered. This is why the game offers to save your career after your first completed mandate.

I signed in and it says I already have a career.

That happens when the Apple Account you signed in with already owns a career and the phone is playing a different one. We do not pick for you: both are shown and you choose which to keep. The one you do not keep stops being reachable.

I bought a pack and did not get it.

Open the store and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases live with your Apple Account, not with the install, so they survive reinstalls and follow you to a new phone. If restoring does not work, email us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.

I want a refund.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

The game says it cannot reach the server.

Your career runs on our server, so the game needs a connection. Check your network first. If the connection is fine and it still fails, the server may be down — wait a few minutes and try again, and email us if it persists.

How do I delete my account?

In the app's account section there is a delete option. It removes your player record, your decision log, your run history and every friendship, permanently. Purchases are held by Apple and are not affected.

How do friend codes work?

Your code is six characters and only works if you give it to someone. Nothing about your career is public, and a friend sees your in-game company and how it is doing — never your real name, your email or your decisions.
